Call a command defined by one of the loaded plugins.

Parameters

plugin  String
The display name of the plugin to use.
command  String
The name of the command defined by the given plugin.
value  Boolean
The value to pass to the command call.

Return Value

Boolean
True if executed successfully, false if not.
