TargetFrequencies IListDouble: The list of frequencies the new impedance spectrum will contain.
DRTTaus IListDouble: The tau values of the DRT result.
DRTGammas IListDouble: The gamma values of the DRT result.
SeriesResistance Double: The series resistance determined by the DRT.
SeriesInductivity NullableDouble: The series inductivity fitted by the DRT.

Return Value

Double
The impedance spectrum data, consisting of three arrays, Frequency/ZReal/ZImag.
